Same product purchased by 2 users.
Good morning everyone, I put a product up for sale and it was bought the same day by 2 different users even though only one was available, basically when you sell an item it shouldn't be automatically sold out. Anyone who can explain this issue? Thanks in advance.

Mentore3 years agoWhen an item is sold, it should automatically be marked as sold.
If it's about the last sales, the bumper of the Nissan Terrano, though you've listed 3 for sale.
You sold two of them and the third is still for sale.

Yes, it's the Nissan Terrano bumper, I only put one up for sale and I don't understand why it was purchased 2 times and eBay even shows that there's another one available. (In fact, I'm removing the availability right away) It's not the first time this problem has happened to us, but it rarely occurs, do you know what it could be?

Mentore3 years agoProbably when creating the listing you entered the quantity incorrectly... do you have other listings with multiple quantities... maybe try taking a look here:
https://www.ebay.it/sh/lst/active
and checking the "Available quantity" column.

OP3 years agoSo far I put the quantity both under VAT and in the additional options (above mileage and below color) I just don’t want my mistake to be here. I’m not sure if I explained myself well
