Mentore2 years agoDid you receive the emails from eBay confirming the refunds?
If you received these messages, the refunds were initiated within the next two business days.
Refunds always follow the same route as the payment, but in reverse. So the timing, after those two days, depends only on the contractual terms of your card and your bank account.

Did you receive the confirmation emails for the refund issuance, YES or No?
If you DID NOT receive them, nobody is shirking responsibility but evidently the seller hasn’t issued anything at all... also because you didn’t explain how you requested the refunds... and how you paid!
