I'm having a problem with a buyer after purchasing a PC.
The buyer, a month after purchasing a PC, decided to ask for a return, and I refused to give him a refund. What happens in this case? I thought that once it was purchased, he could no longer return it

Mentore2 years agoIf the buyer believes the item received does not match the description or does not work as it should, they have the right to return the item and be refunded regardless of whether you agree or not. This right is established by the civil code and applies on all platforms and to all distance sales. If the buyer does not make mistakes in the return process, they will almost certainly be upheld.
On eBay they have 30 days from delivery to request a return and refund.
But:
By refusing the return, you only lose the right to be helped in getting your item back. They will still take the payment money from you and you will have to deal with the buyer on your own if you want to try to get at least your merchandise back. So I'm sorry to tell you that you were wrong.
