Stop all phone support - request eBay to restore it
good morning everyone, since July there has been no more phone support, and now ebay operates only through chat and email. Unfortunately, this type of support is total crap, automatic replies, bot replies and AI-generated replies that are always the same, it has become an unprecedented mess, I have opened the chat I think 5 times in the last 10 days and they have never been able to solve a single problem for me, I would ask A and they would reply C.
Can anything be done to ask ebay to immediately restore phone support? it was much more professional, they understood what you were asking and solved the problems, now it's a complete mess.
