Strange combination, 2 different users, but with the same shipping address, who never receive
2 different users, with the same address, who buy the same type of items, then ask for a refund for not having received the item, sounds a lot like a little trick to get what they want by getting a refund from the seller, what do you think?

Mentore3 years agoI think that the "smart alecks" are exactly looking for those sellers... allow me to say "naive" (no offense!)... who still use a non-tracked shipping method... it's obvious that if they open a report for an item not received, YOU have no way to prove that the shipment was made.
If you therefore want to avoid these episodes happening again, it may be time to use safer, tracked shipping methods.
