Hello. I bought a book. How is it possible that the package from Naples is now in Palermo when I’m in Lombardy? I’ve never had such a “strange” detour... and also, checking Poste Italiane, it says that tracking is not available, even though on EBAY it tells me that on September 12 it was in Naples and on September 16 in Palermo. What should I do?

Ask the seller for a copy of their shipping receipt.

Check the code and destination address, maybe there's some mistake.
