Good evening, about 14 months ago I sold a satellite navigator that was practically new and worked perfectly. The transaction was completed without any problems and the buyer left positive feedback like "perfect transaction". A little while ago, after 14 months, I received a message where the said buyer claims that the navigator has never worked properly, the screen switches from portrait to landscape, it no longer updates, when before putting it up for sale in 2023 I had updated the maps and the display was locked as per the settings. I wonder, and I ask you, could this be a case of phishing, has someone taken over the user's account and is trying to squeeze money out of me? To be fair, even though I am a private individual, I will reply politely even if the whole thing seems a bit suspicious to me.
