On this platform, it seems to me that counterfeit goods are being sold. Is this possible???
I noticed a seller selling counterfeit goods on your platform without you intervening..is all this legal and possible?????

Mentore1 year agoIt depends on the seller's registered office.
In Italy it is forbidden to sell or buy counterfeit goods, other countries have much more permissive laws.
Obviously an Italian buyer can purchase a counterfeit item in China, only to then risk being penalized and reported at customs since it is the buyer who is responsible for its import into Italy.

Counterfeit goods aren't sold only online, it's a plague you can find even under your own porch... and who steps in there?
