I don't know why, but the couriers always leave my packages with a neighbor of mine who has a shop (they leave them at the shop and then she brings them to me).
I've pointed this out more than once to this girl that I DON'T have any weapons at home and that the couriers can come by just fine, and all she says in response is: "it doesn't bother me" (it does bother me -.-).
What do I need to do to file a complaint against the couriers? Thanks
