good morningan item I bought, on the shipping company’s website it shows as delivered.Obviously I called DHL, who told me that the package never arrived, but that it was sent back to the sender...strange because I’ve already bought from this seller and my address is always the same...( the call center told me it might have been an address error...strange, they used the phrase " an extra dot on the address). I’ve already written to the seller and I’m waiting for a reply and to find out what to do ..... Honestly I’d like to avoid a negative feedback, I don’t make many sales or purchases.p.s. I tried to write in a discussion that was already started but I wasn’t able to.thanks and regards
