hello, I sent a shipment to France and according to eBay tracking it was delivered, but according to Poste Italiane a delivery attempt was made without it being collected. Now the person is asking me for a refund, how should I handle it?

Mentore1 year agoFrom what you’re saying, responsibility for the failed delivery should lie with the recipient. Postal shipments, after the delivery attempt, remain in storage for several days.
If they asked you for a refund through ebay, reply with the package tracking. The problem will be that the procedure will be handled by ebay.Fr and there could be communication issues.
