I bought a pair of cordura motorcycle pants...the seller stated in the description that the waist of the pants measured 45 cm...which would be my size...after the purchase, seeing that the pants are loose, I measured them and the actual measurement of the medium size is 49 cm..8 cm more than it should be..I asked for an exchange and it was accepted but he was supposed to advise me on the right size and never replied again, I asked for the exchange with the return shipping charged to him, since I was not the one who made the mistake in the purchase, and I haven't heard from him anymore...I asked for the address for shipping and he didn't reply...what can I do?
