I’m asking for your help to understand what’s going on and/or the purpose of these strange actions. More and more often, I’m being asked questions about the items for sale by users with 0 feedback and accounts created years ago, even more than ten years ago; questions that, although in perfect Italian and with polite manners, seem to me superfluous and pointless, if not outright provocative, as if the item description, photos, features, and technical data of the same item for sale had not even been read. I therefore find it absurd that someone interested in the item, in addition to not reading the ad text, does not even look at the photos, even though they are numerous and different from one another, but instead these users ask questions about things already shown and mentioned; therefore I’m asking you why these profiles are so numerous and, although polite, ask so many questions even for days without ever trying to make an offer, without buying or asking for a discount? What purpose would a user have in opening an account and keeping it only to ask questions about items for sale? I hope I have been clear in explaining my doubts and I thank you in advance for any replies.
