Hello, I’m wondering if it’s normal that eBay removes feedback from a customer who uses this platform. On top of that, I also reported it with no response. Ordering on eBay is starting to get a bit risky. I think I’ll avoid buying on eBay, with no guarantee

Mentore1 year agoOn eBay, the guarantees are very high, and if you know how to use the procedures, the biggest risks are borne by the sellers and not the buyers.
If the feedback violates eBay's rules or defamation laws, it must be removed by eBay upon a simple report from the person who received it.

Mentore1 year agoSure, it's normal... if of course it doesn't follow the marketplace rules or it's defamatory!
On eBay you can't just do whatever you want, it's governed by rules that I'm sending you to read!
You would have found out that the buyer is basically always protected!
