Good evening,
I accidentally activated a sponsored promotion (general strategy) that I then ended.
My item has been purchased and it shows that "the buyer has paid" and is in the status of "shipped" even though it has not actually been shipped yet.
If I proceed to cancel the order, will I still be charged the costs for the sponsored promotion?
