Fee charged for unsolicited sponsored listing
I was charged the € 5.34 promoted listing fee that I didn't request, and the chat agent wrote to me that I cannot get a refund for this service issue.
I sold item 305048848454 on October 9 and in the details I noticed only the fixed amount of € 2.10 was charged.
Then on October 16 I saw that another € 5.34 was charged to me for a promoted listing that I didn't request.
I am requesting the possibility of a refund for this unrequested service.

Mentore2 years agoIf support has already told you that it’s not possible to get a refund, the public forum can certainly not help you.
Cancel the sale, refund the buyer, and you’ll also be refunded for the unsolicited promotion... which I doubt, since promoted listings have to be enabled manually, unless you have enabled automatic promotion.
