commission fees on the sale price

hello,how is the commission calculated on the final value (5% of the total sale amount up to EUR 2,000)For example, an item I sell for €100, (95 + 5 for shipping) do I have to subtract 5% and also 0.35 cents as a fixed amount, so in the end I make 94.65?

Hello,the calculations are correct... but I don't remember if VAT is also added to the commission for private users. Best regards.
