Mentore1 year agoThere is no taxation.
Anyone who exceeds these limits is only reported to the tax authorities.
While for a professional seller it is absolutely normal to exceed these levels, for a private individual it is at least a suspicious activity.
Then the AdE will decide whom to subject to a tax audit.
If you are a true private individual who has been selling items you own for years, you have nothing to fear.
If you buy and sell used items to make a profit, it is already too late to worry.
