Hello. I bought a Hikvision camera in May 2023, and just before the 24 months were up, it no longer works. Can I ask for a replacement under warranty?

Mentore1 year agoYou must request the application of the statutory warranty directly from the seller, if they are a professional seller with their registered office in an EU country.
Since a year has already passed, you will have to prove that it is a product defect not due to the conditions of use.
