Broken camera
Hello, a few months ago I bought a camera; at first it worked fine, then after a while it would not turn to the left, now it doesn’t work anymore I contacted the seller several times with messages on eBay but he doesn’t reply. Then I found the phone number on eBay and contacted him on WhatsApp, he replied that he had closed his eBay account, but that is not true. I am now attaching everything to you, thank you

Mentore3 years agoAs a community professional seller, they are subject to the rules of the consumer code and therefore must provide a 24-month warranty on what they sell. After 6 months, it is up to you to prove that the item was defective and that you were not the one who broke it.
