unreliable fake seller defective goods doesn’t respond and drags things out, after the sale he doesn’t care at all item to throw away I’m surprised at Ebay that it has these kinds of people

If the item was defective, all you had to do was return it (at the seller's expense).

With the ebay customer guarantee, you're protected from these issues.

Hello, I asked the seller about this problem and he replied that he had been wrong to tell me he would accept the return and asked me how many cameras weren’t working, and I told him N2 and since then he hasn’t replied anymore. Do something, you eBay, otherwise I will turn to my lawyer because that kind of seller doesn’t know that by law there are two years and two months of warranty on products, not to mention defective ones like theirs

The fact that he didn’t accept returns was irrelevant. You still had the option to return it through eBay and you would have been refunded.

If you go to a lawyer, remind him to file a complaint with AGCM. It works if the seller was an Italian professional seller.
