Phone purchased at auction
good morning everyone, today at 11 I bought a used phone at auction via Apple Pay (returns not accepted), I know it's early and it's not time to panic yet, but the seller only has 2 feedback as a buyer (last purchase a year ago) and after the purchase I sent 2 messages and still no reply. That said, what happens if the phone doesn't arrive? Does eBay refund me? And above all, in case of a “scam package” (that is, if there’s something else in the package and not the phone), does eBay refund me in that case too? What procedures do I need to follow if one of these 2 things happens (hopefully not)? Thanks a lot everyone

Mentore3 years agoEven if the seller writes that they do not accept returns, you would be protected by the eBay customer guarantee.
