Hello, 4 days ago I bought a Redmi Note 14T phone from this seller pc distribution informatica.
Then, after looking at the latest reviews, all negative, I decided to cancel the order.
The seller doesn't reply to emails or the phone, I asked Ebay to intervene but as of today, which is the 3rd day, still nothing. Has anyone had a negative experience with this seller?
Why doesn't Ebay close the seller's account since they have many negative feedback, so as not to put buyers in difficulty?

Mentore1 year agoYou can only ask the seller to cancel the order, but neither you nor eBay can force the seller to accept your request. He has 3 days to decide.
The negative feedback should have been read first; after that, it’s no use at all.
