broken cell phone
Hello, I bought a "new" iPhone. Unfortunately from the very beginning I couldn't make calls, I couldn't hear anything and I couldn't be heard. So I contacted the seller and he told me I had to try with another SIM and send a video. But it wasn't that easy. By the time I did that, the 30 days had already expired and the seller told me that if it was broken, I could send it back - it was under warranty. I then transferred another 25 euros and sent the phone to the address provided. The phone was sent back to me and it is still broken. It is not possible to make calls! What can I do now?

Mentore3 years agoWaiting more than a month to figure out whether it was a phone or SIM problem made you lose your eBay customer warranty. The fact that you spent 25 euros to send it back for warranty repair makes me think of a non-EU seller.
Now you have two options:

OP3 years agoHi Mario!
I opted for the second option and reported the problem through Paypal.
Paypal contacted ebay and now I have sent the phone to ebay.
If all goes well, I will get the money back.... Hopefully..
Thanks for the help!
