Dispute closure times
Good morning,
I have a dispute opened since March 23 by a buyer for an item that, according to them, is not working. The last message is from March 27, in which I asked them for video proof of the malfunction, after which I haven’t heard anything else (they did not request eBay intervention).
Today, after 30 days, the funds have been unlocked but the dispute is still open. Do you know what the timeframe is for it to close automatically?

Mentore1 year agoAfter 21 days, if eBay intervention hasn’t been requested, it closes automatically.

OP1 year agoBut it's already been 21 days, whether calendar or business days, maybe the deadline has changed and is longer?

Mentore1 year ago21 business days. The deadline is extended only if the buyer has already asked eBay to intervene.
…..Once the 3 business days have passed, you can ask us to step in within 21 business days from opening the request…..
