I won 2 watches at an eBay auction in early January 2023, and they will be delivered to me at the end of February 2023.
Payment must be made within 3 days.
I ask you, dear eBay, to review the delivery rules, that is, to shorten them, because the wait is long and wearing.
if during this time--I were to pass away--who would the money go to.

unfortunately eBay doesn’t sell anything, so eBay can’t help you...
Each seller is on their own and it’s they who offer shipping under certain packaging conditions and timeframes, information that is clearly visible even before taking part in the auction.
And considering purchases from outside the EU, it goes without saying that the timeframes are long...
So if you’re in a hurry, it’s always good practice to read the estimated delivery date shown in each listing and stick to sellers in your own country who use fast shipping.
