il blocco degli utenti ad un certo numero di feedback è applicabile SOLO agli acquirenti che hanno già acquistato da te, non è assolutamente applicabile ai nuovi utenti.
Quindi, in parole povere, il blocco è valido solo per chi vuole acquistare nuovamente da te... è ovvio che tutti partano da ZERO e quindi non è possibile bloccarli a priori.
Puoi invece bloccare qualsiasi utente che abbia ammonimenti per oggetti non pagati.
