Shipping times not met
Hello, on 11/02 I placed an order, delivery time 15-16/02, I was given an incorrect shipping code, sent a message to the seller through eBay and they are not replying. It is now 20/02 and there is still no trace of the package. What can I do? I would like a refund also because I found the goods I ordered from another seller and have already received them due to quite an immediate need.

OP3 years agoAlready done today, a banner appeared telling me to wait until Friday the 24th, after which I would have to ask eBay for help. More precisely, how does it work? Will I get a refund? It's a pretty big amount.. I spent half my salary on it, it really pisses me off if I have to lose that money...

Mentore3 years agoIf the seller does not step in by providing proof of shipment, on the fourth day, by asking eBay to intervene, you will get a refund.
