Hello everyone, I feel heavily deceived by ebay and packlink. I’ve suffered a significant financial loss as I’m just a small ebayer (90 euros). My package never left the Milan center for the USA, but when the customer asked me to step in, 32 days had passed since pickup and packlink won’t reimburse me. Instead, rightly, ebay reimburses the customer by taking it from me, and the customer has more days to request the refund. I’ve opened an appeal request with ebay and a dispute with packlink, but I can’t see any light at the end of the tunnel. Has this ever happened to anyone else, and how did you handle it?
