Good morning, I received a delivery notification from Poste Italiane asking me to contact Auctane SL for a shipping release. Can someone tell me how I can do it? I await your reply, thank you

Auctane is the parent company of Packlink.

So did the seller ship using the service offered by Packlink on eBay?

The package is stuck, probably because of address issues, and they are asking the recipient to unblock it ......

It is always the responsibility of the customer and/or buyer to track the order until delivery and contact customer service in case of problems.
Two delivery attempts (except Crono Internazionale). If the recipient is absent, the recipient must collect the package from the UP or the SDA branch indicated on the attempted delivery notice.
Maximum hold 3 days for incorrect/incomplete address. Release by contacting support.
Crono Internazionale hold. In the event of hold for incorrect and/or absent recipient, the latter will have to contact Local Post Offices to coordinate the new delivery of the goods or collection at the post office. Once the hold period expires, the timing of which varies from country to country, the goods will be returned to sender. The return times for the parcel depend on the International Exchange Office and can sometimes exceed 60 working days.

The courier, in most cases, invites users who have purchased on eBay Shipping to contact our Customer Service (the seller must do it). Nevertheless, if you wish to contact Poste Italiane, you can do so by clicking here (you can do it yourself).
