Attempted scam
I sold a perfectly working MacBook, yesterday the buyer opened a dispute posting photos of another broken Apple computer .. it’s not mine because the one in their photos has the American keyboard while mine has the Italian one and the charger connector is different... Theirs is like the one on the phone while my Mac has the magnetic one.. I asked eBay support to intervene and they told me they will close the case in my favor but at the same time they told the buyer to send the package back... Has this happened to anyone? Because today’s assistant told me that basically I have to accept the package and then contact them again... Maybe to let them know what they sent me back? So they can close the case? Because with eBay assistants everyone says something different ... The first one basically made me understand that they were siding with her while the next one checked and confirmed that the case will be closed in my favor because they saw the differences between the two PCs
