Hi EVERYONE!
Recently I made 47 sales and completed all of them properly..the last sale(shipped with insured Ups)the buyer(no feedback in the last year)sent me a photo of the package I sent on a precision scale(obviously emptied)..he asked me for money in chat so he wouldn't file a report(he is Austrian)and accused me of Fraud!
Only today(he received the package on August 01)he opened a dispute for non-receipt of the item and eBay has blocked my Funds!!!
I'm furious!!!!
I reported everything to eBay even before this guy opened the dispute!
I WANT JUSTICE because these people are absurd!!!!

Mentore1 year agoReply to the dispute for the item not arriving with the tracking code. Meanwhile you should close this one.
It will probably be of little use because they’ll open another one for item not as described and you may be required to issue a refund.
In the meantime, with their messages you could start trying to request a refund from the insurance.
