I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive by 06/11. Instead it will arrive on November 20 or 21. The order shows the final return deadline as 20/11. It is a storage bed to assemble, so even if it arrived on 20/11 I wouldn’t have enough time to put it together and check that everything is okay. I contacted the supplier to ask to move the final return date, but since the item is with the courier 40 km from me, they told me I would have time to inspect it, so they did not make any date change. I contacted the courier but they will not deliver before 20-21/11. If there are problems, will I still be able to return it after the date shown on the order?? or can the supplier refuse the return?? Thanks

if the item was supposed to arrive by November 6, you have 30 days to open any kind of request.
Where do you see the deadline you mentioned??
