Expired terms and warranty
Hello, in January I purchased 4 refurbished injectors with a 12-month warranty. After installation I noticed that they were defective. Unfortunately, even though I sent messages to the seller, they do not reply to me, and eBay closed the case because the return period expired. How should one behave in this case? I should mention that even when calling the seller's company at the number listed in the ad in question, they tell me that I have to write through eBay. Obviously I've been trying for a month with no response Thank you for your help

Mentore3 years agoThe problem is that after installation...... It's not easy to prove that the installation could not be the cause or contributing cause of the defect.
If they were taken apart, you can try making a return request through the payment method: dispute on PayPal's site or a chargeback with the help of the credit card issuer.
