the buyer not return the item and ebay refund him.
A seller buy a cellphone and ask to return it because its size was small few inchs so ask him to return first then i will approve refund,,he take this case to ebay and even ebay refund him without asking me that is he return his item or not ,,now i appeal on ebay and dont know what they will do ,,i just want my cellphone or money

Mentore1 year agoIf the buyer had contested the item not matching the listing, you should have immediately accepted the return and provided him with a prepaid shipping label.
After you let your allotted time run out, the buyer asked for a refund directly from ebay.
Now you still have the right to get your phone back (at your own expense), but you won’t get any more help from ebay.
Send him a prepaid label and ask him to ship you the device. If he doesn’t do so, you can report him for embezzlement.
