Time-gap between payment and shipment. After how many days (after the payment) I'm eligible for requesting a reimbursement? Thanks for feedback!

If the item doesn't arrive within the stated time frame, you can open a report:
Get help for an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
Of course, every seller has their own time frames stated in the listing.
If for other reasons you can't.
