Incorrect titles from the seller

I noticed that they put wrong titles, that is, they write about a smartphone that has 128 GB of RAM but then they give you a 64 GB one; I think that's not right ... I don't know how to let eBay know about this?

Sure there isn’t a dropdown menu where you can choose the RAM size?
