Tnt incorrect tracking code
Hello everyone, I bought a lot of books, the seller sent me the TNT tracking code. But in the waybill code there are only numbers and if I search for the tracking on the official website it says the code is wrong because there should be two letters before the numbers. Has this happened to any of you?

if it's an international shipment, that's normal... they have to be 9 digits...
Taken from TNT instructions:
International shipments: Enter the Connote number(s) by entering the 9 digits that make it up, or enter the Connote preceded by the two identifying letters and the two final letters (e.g.: GE123456789WW, enter 123456789 or GE123456789WW). Then click on "tracking".
