Traceability
I have a tracking problem :
I placed an order and on the site it says shipped ( not trackable ) I contacted the seller explaining the problem but he insists that it was a courier problem when in my opinion the seller has not shipped it yet or he made some other logistics mistake because in my purchases I only have the order number, the item ID but I do not have the shipping number
