Traceability not entered by the seller
Summary: A discussion about the lack of traceability provided by the seller. The only exchange states that both the initial post and marioelegio's reply lack detailed information.
Good morning, I purchased an item 3/4 days ago and the seller said he would ship it right away. The day after the purchase I wrote to the seller because he still hadn't shipped it, and he replied that he would ship it that day. Then I got eBay's notification that the package had been shipped but without tracking, so I asked the seller why there was no tracking on eBay and he replied that eBay didn't ask him for it and that the only message he received from the post office was confirmation that the package had been accepted, where the tracking is indeed included. In fact, I then tracked the package on the post office website with that tracking number and it's true that it was shipped. But I wonder why on eBay it says there is no tracking and why the seller thinks eBay didn't ask him for that information.
