Hello, I placed an order on July 28 with delivery expected by August 8. On August 2 the package was shipped and I was given the code to check where my order was, and everything was fine until I stopped receiving shipping status updates from Friday morning, August 4. Is it normal that from the 4th until today I haven't received any news? Could the reason be that couriers don't work on Saturday and Sunday and so the package hasn't moved anymore?

OP3 years agoYeah, but anyway there haven’t been any other movements since the morning of August 4.

Mentore3 years agoThe 4th was Friday... Saturday and Sunday don't work... today is Monday... it will take a little patience...

OP3 years agoI figured that might be the reason; if by the delivery date I still haven't received the package or any news about it, is it better to contact the seller or go straight to eBay's guarantee?

Mentore3 years agoA first contact with the seller seems right to me; if they don’t respond or are vague, then you move on to opening a report:
