Package tracking
Good morning, I'm Flavia.
I placed an order on eBay with a total spend of €24 without registering. No delivery email arrived, except for this one attached, where it asks me to pay extra and to enter my card details.
I’m including below what it says in the email.
“melicaflavia, You have (1) package awaiting delivery. Use your code to track it and receive it”

Can someone help me retrieve my package, I don't know what to do.
I'm not registered, so it won't even let me contact the seller and my money has been warmed up.

Mentore3 years agoThe seller sent you the email because they couldn’t find you, you didn’t pick up the parcel that was waiting, and it was sent back. Now they’re asking you to pay for a new shipment if you want your item. I’d advise you to pay and ask them to give you the tracking code right away.
next time follow the parcel with the code. No point asking eBay to intervene, since this was your responsibility.
