Shipment tracking not working
Hello, I made a purchase on December 28. On December 30 I was given the Poste Italiane shipping code, but it still does not show up in tracking as shipped. Also there have been no further updates after December 30 and on the Poste Italiane website, when I enter the number, nothing comes up.
Is this normal? What should I do? Thanks a lot
