Hi everyone. On the 20th I made a purchase on eBay from a profile that seemed very safe and trustworthy (lots of positive reviews and comments). On the morning of the 21st, a tracking code was provided but the status was never updated. Clicking the link takes me to the post office website where it says tracking is not available, while on eBay there isn’t even an expected delivery date. To top it off, I can’t send messages to the seller, and I get the error "try again later". The order can’t be canceled because it shows as shipped on eBay. Please help me

the estimated delivery date must be there for sure and you can find it in the details of your purchase.
You will only be able to open a report once the final delivery deadlines have expired:
