Tracking that doesn't move
Hi everyone,
I bought a watch from an English seller, 100% feedback. He shipped it regularly last Thursday using Ebay international shipping.
The tracking is this in case it may be useful to you: UPAAG000000055440625
The problem is that it isn't moving, it shows as not shipped. I contacted the seller, who claims to have handed the package over to Ebay and refers me to them. Can you give me a contact at Ebay I can reach out to in case the tracking problem persists? I've scoured the site, but couldn't find any contact details or email.
I hope I posted in the right section.

Mentore2 years agoGiven that between the 12th and today (exclusive) there was only one working day.
These systems are convenient because they consolidate international shipments to foreign countries. The collection center does not handle and resend the single package immediately; otherwise there would be no greater convenience compared to direct shipping.
The individual packages are collected, sorted by destination country, and stored in containers, then, at set intervals, shipments depart for the destination countries.
I have purchased several items from UK sellers who used this service, and the time to receive the item is on average 12-15 days.

Mentore2 years agoThat code means the package was taken in charge on 12/10 by the carrier Pitney Bowes, which handles an international outbound shipping service from the UK in partnership with ebay.
The seller ships to the carrier’s collection center and from there the shipments depart for the destination countries.
