Wrong tracking
eBay does not provide a box to dispute it if the seller enters a tracking code that doesn't exist. The customer doesn't reply after 4 messages. After 1 week I still don't know whether the package was actually shipped and where it is. In my opinion this is a weak point of eBay. That doesn't happen with Amazon.

Mentore3 weeks agoEbay provides clear procedures in case the item you purchased does not arrive within the indicated timeframes.
Did you take the time to read them... instead of wasting time comparing eBay to Amazon?
