Missing tracking on GLS site
On March 2 I placed an order, it was supposed to arrive by the 6th but instead it was shipped today: they gave me a GLS tracking number and when I put it in the tracker it comes up as nonexistent: I contacted the seller but they aren’t replying. What should I do?

Mentore3 years agoIf it was actually shipped today, the system probably hasn’t been updated yet... try again tomorrow... and if the estimated delivery date has already passed, you can open a case:
