Pickup point tracking
Good morning, I kindly ask for info. For the first time I bought from a seller with the option of pickup at a pickup point, and 5 days after payment I have no updates regarding my shipment, destined for the pickup point... it shows as paid but there are no updates. After contacting the seller, they say they handed it over to the shipping service and that they would send me the tracking number, but I haven’t received any response.
