Transaction blocked by eBay itself
Good evening everyone. 12 days ago I bought a product from an account that was blocked shortly after, so, as you can see in the screenshot, Ebay does everything possible to prevent the product from being shipped to the buyer. And one would think that the money should at least be refunded, which still hasn’t happened. After a few arguments with the seller over the phone, he told me to ask Ebay. But the main problems are 2: 1) I can’t find answers to my issue in any section and 2) I don’t know how to contact Ebay. What do you suggest I do? Who should I turn to?

If it doesn't appear (that is, if it was removed along with the seller), use the link at the bottom of the page above to have eBay customer service call you.
