Good morning, as a private individual I have put a mixer worth 2,500 euros up for sale, which was purchased by a private individual in the United Kingdom, so I would kindly need information regarding customs duties and VAT on transactions between private individuals.
In particular, I would kindly like to ask the following:

1- Is it possible for a private individual to ship the equipment sold on e-Bay from Italy to the United Kingdom without a VAT number?

2- Is it necessary to fill out the customs declaration?

3- Are there any restrictions for electronic equipment?

4- In addition to the sale price, is payment of VAT and customs duties also required? And if so, who would bear it and how much would it amount to, considering the value and nature of the goods?
